Hugo is a GDC-registered dental technician who obtained a dental technology degree from the Higher Institute of Health Sciences Egas Moniz in Lisbon. 

With an unyielding passion for the profession, Hugo relocated to England to advance their skills. This professional development journey is highlighted by their attendance at various courses globally, including a morphology course at the Osaka Ceramic Training Center and a Master's Degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University. 

Hugo is a PhD candidate at the University of Dentistry in Lisbon, further solidifying his expertise in dental technology.

• Dental Technician roles in Portugal and the UK, specialising in crown and bridge waxing, casting, and ceramic layering.
• Managerial role at Creative C&B, Leicester, overseeing all departments.
• Current position as a Dental Technician at Nexus Dental, Ripon, focusing on ceramic layering.
• Lecturer at the University of Bolton since 2020, teaching both practical and theoretical aspects of dental technology.
